4. Do your watches come with a warranty?
Yes, all our watches come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Accidental damage or normal wear and tear are not covered.

5. How do I adjust the watch strap?
Most of our stainless steel straps are adjustable. You can adjust them at home with a watch tool, or we recommend visiting a local jeweler for a perfect fit.

6. How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery within South Africa typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

7. Can I return or exchange a watch?
Yes! We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.
