At Morotim, we stand by the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Return Policy

  • Eligible Products: All new, unused, and unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Exclusions: Personalized items, sale/discounted items, and products damaged by misuse are not eligible for return.
  • Return Process:
    1. Contact us at support@morotim.com within 7 days to initiate a return.
    2. We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
    3. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method.
    4. Include your order number and RMA number for processing.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees for returns are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • For defective or incorrect items, we’ll cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund.

Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item. We recommend contacting us before returning items for exchanges to ensure a smooth process.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@morotim.com. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and process a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
