Morotim offers standard shipping: 7-14 business days for South African customers.

A fixed shipping fee of $9.99 will be applied to all orders and displayed at checkout.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Use your tracking number to monitor your package’s status on our logistics partner’s website.

4. Shipping Zones

Morotim currently ships to South Africa.

5. Delivery Exceptions

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., public holidays, bad weather, logistical issues).

6. Delivery Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@morotim.com. Changes are not guaranteed if the order has already shipped.

7. Returns & Refunds (Shipping Costs)

If you need to return an item, you are responsible for the return shipping fee (unless the item is defective or sent in error).

Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item in its original condition.
